About the business
Established in 1994, the AllSaints wardrobe was and still is, a catalyst for individuality. With store locations across the world and a global online presence, wherever you want to engage with the AllSaints brand, you should find an opportunity to be able to do so.
We collaborate with incredible manufacturing partners and brand business partners across the world to create full collections of womenswear, menswear and accessories.
We have a global team of over 2,200 talented team members and put the people experience at the heart of everything that we do. Our teams are our biggest asset and we are inspired by their creativity, passion and comradery on a daily basis.
With the immense talent of our teams available to us, we are able to do so much of what sets the AllSaints brand apart, in-house. From the design of our product, to our store fits and furniture to our online content and the customer and team support that we provide.
We believe in our teams to do the best for both customers and colleagues and they consistently deliver.
We are a brand that takes responsibility to do good by our people, our suppliers, the environment and the communities that we are a part of. Whether it’s in spaces of employee experience, inclusion, supply chain or sustainability – we know there are always areas of positive growth to explore and step into and we are incredibly enthused that the steps already made are making positive change.

Why is diversity and inclusion important to your company?
We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to have the diverse and eclectic customer base that we do. Having a team that reflects our customer base will always be of the greatest importance to us – both customer and colleague should always feel that AllSaints is a place for them.
Our diversity as a team is one of our greatest assets – it supports exceptional creativity across the brand, gives us an even greater understanding of our customer and helps us to have a culture that fosters listening, understanding and belonging.
As a business we take collective responsibility that every team member feels included in the brand that they have chosen to be a part of.
We know that the more about AllSaints employee experience that we hear about the better our inclusivity will become. Whether that is told to us through individual catch ups, employee forums, communities, engagement surveys, our internal comms platform or how we are spoken about externally – every voice is valid and helps us to improve our standing and understanding in this space.
We recognise that this work is still really only just beginning but we’re proud of the steps made so far and enthused for what’s to come.
What is the culture that you foster within your company?
Our first brand value is ‘The Customer Is The Boss’.
At AllSaints we don’t just look at spending customers as customers of the brand. In fact, every one that we engage with as a member of the AllSaints team is a customer of the brand and that includes our team members as a first priority.
Everyone should have an excellent AllSaints experience, whoever they are and however they engage with us. We have set up some incredible communities across the brand including #AntiRacist, #LGBTQIA+, Disability Pride and Parents Groups.
In each one of these spaces we are lucky to have many willing participants who not only contribute ideas to drive the goals and growth of each communities impact forward but also drive the subsequent action ahead. We encourage a culture of transparency – we talk to each other a lot, we love to listen and we want to make sure that when we are making steps forward, we are doing so in full knowledge that we are making the right move ons for our brand and our teams.
How do you support personal development?
We see personal development as one of our unique selling points at AllSaints. There are so many opportunities to learn available across the business. Whether it is our internally developed and delivered SmartSaints sessions to our funded qualification offering or our incredible Diversity and Inclusion series which includes sessions on Equality and Diversity, Being an Ally and Creating Inclusion – we truly believe that there is something for everyone.
We have a network of internal mentors and coaches who offer targeted support to team members who would benefit from the additional guidance.
We also offer up to 5 days of fully paid study leave for all team members undertaking a funded qualification through AllSaints, ensuring that additional support is there for you if you need it at certain parts of your qualification.
