About the business
Dweet is an AI-powered talent platform for the fashion, beauty, and luxury industries connecting brands and talent for flexible work. We use a combination of technology and our team of industry experts to source, screen, and match the right talent with the right opportunity inclusively and transparently.
Our journey started in 2020 when three founders from the fashion, recruitment, and tech industries came together with a vision to revolutionise hiring and working in an industry that still employs very traditional recruitment practices.
Today we have 60k talent members on our platform and a diverse group of 160-plus clients from the largest to the newest fashion, luxury, and beauty brands. We provide talent from the Studio to the Store across all key functions; Design, Product, Marketing, and Retail.
Our main goal is to allow flexibility for the talent and agility for the brands.

What is the culture that you foster within your company?
For our team flexible working is a given. We are a remote-first company and our team members get to choose when they come to the office. We believe high productivity and performance are correlated to your work environment, we therefore trust our employees to make the right choices on how they work to be successful in their roles.
We also encourage our clients to consider a more flexible approach to how they work with talent and we enable flexible talent solutions via our platform. We can only influence other companies so much, but driving more flexible work practices is part of our long-term strategy and vision at Dweet.
Our community focus is partnering with schools, universities, and companies like FMR Group for mentoring and support. We lean into our resources and knowledge in recruitment and career development to help mentor, coach, and guide talent from underrepresented backgrounds to enter and succeed in the fashion and luxury industry.
How do you support personal development?
We have a key project planned for later this year called the Dweet Academy. This will be a training and development center within the Dweet ecosystem, which will allow talent from all backgrounds to develop and grow in some of the key skills required for working in retail such as; Customer Service, Clientelling, Brand and Product Knowledge.
This project will aim to increase the talent pool with people from underrepresented communities and other industries and give more people the ability to enter and shine in fashion, luxury, and beauty retail.
