About the business
Overall, HUGO BOSS specialises in offering high-quality fashion and lifestyle products for both men and women, including clothing, accessories, fragrances, and eyewear. The brand’s focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and contemporary designs has established HUGO BOSS as a prominent brand in the luxury fashion industry.
The company recently went through a rebrand where there was a prominent split of the two brands – HUGO and BOSS. Both brands share the same level of quality, design innovation and sustainability but the biggest difference is the style.
HUGO focuses on modern and progressive styles. It offers a more edgy and experimental approach to fashion, targeting a younger audience focussed on gen-z consumer. HUGO’s designs often feature bold colours, unconventional patterns, and modern silhouettes.
On the other hand, BOSS is a more classic and refined brand. It is known for its timeless designs, targeting a more mature and professional audience. BOSS offers a range of high-quality clothing, including suits, shirts, and accessories.

How do you support personal development?
At Hugo Boss, we support personal development through various measures.
We offer regular performance feedback sessions between the employee and their manager. These sessions allow the employee to set and discuss any goals they may have and help the employee to identify any areas for growth.
This allows the employee to set out plans for their career and what they want to achieve. We also provide opportunities for employees to attend training programs and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Our employees have access to internal and external training opportunities. We also encourage career mobility and provide resources for employees to explore different roles within the company.
Additionally, we have a strong culture of continuous learning and encourage employees to take ownership of their development through self-directed learning and skill-building initiatives.
